Bonjour from Depaul France!

Following extensive research into poverty and need in Paris over the past two years, Depaul International has agreed to set up a new subsidiary in France in 2012. The first project is to be a day centre and outreach service, operating in the south west of the city. Homeless people will be able to access showers, laundry facilities, medical help from trained nursing staff, a clothing store, a barber/hairdressing, and a small cafe. Depaul France has come about through collaboration with several other members of the Vincentian Family, and we are particularly grateful to the Daughters of Charity and the AIC in Paris who have helped us to find a suitable building.
