Our staff and volunteers are crucial to achieving our mission, and we will invest in them in order to help them develop and make the best use of their skills. We are equally committed to promoting the development of our service users in order that they achieve their potential.
We have a strong culture of volunteering. We believe that voluntary sector organisations should be a platform for people to show their care and compassion, and that the experience should be as beneficial to our volunteers as it is to us. We will ensure that volunteers have a strong involvement in the development of the organisation.
